Circular Capital, the impact investment manager of Grupo Construcía, strengthens its presence in Torrelodones with the acquisition of a second residential plot in Las Marías. This new purchase, together with the initial plot acquired in 2023, enables the continuation of the “Agâra” project, which will include 25 single-family homes: 14 in the current phase and 11 in the upcoming phase. With this expansion, Circular Capital cements its position as a leading developer in the area.

The new plot, covering over 11,000 m², is located in one of the highest areas of Torrelodones, offering panoramic views of both the Sierra and Madrid. The residences will feature approximately 200 m² of built space, situated on plots ranging from 420 to 900 m². Located in the prestigious Las Marías urbanization, these homes combine spacious living areas with unparalleled vistas, making them a standout choice for modern, sustainable living.
